Teen Girls Fitness classes are small-group-classes taught by Henni, a former professional athlete with a passion for building healthy habits and creating a safe and supportive community.
The classes are a mix of fitness / Pilates and yoga, suitable for all levels.
The main focus is on quality of movement and having fun.
If you’re new, come and try your first class for free during the school holidays to see if you like it 🙂
