Teen Girls Fitness Classes are small-group-classes taught by Henni.
Henni is a former professional athlete and loves to create a safe and supportive space for young girls to build confidence, strength and healthy habits.
The classes are a mix of fitness / Pilates and yoga, suitable for all levels.
The main focus is on quality of movement, laying foundations for a balanced body and having fun.
